Question 1

How does high-pressure misting cool outdoor spaces?

Accepted Answer

Our system pressurizes water to 150 bar and forces it through 0.15mm ceramic nozzles, creating 5-15 micron droplets. These micro-droplets flash-evaporate in mid-air, absorbing 2,257 kJ of heat per liter of water (latent heat of vaporization). The result is an instant 5-15°C temperature reduction without wetting surfaces.

Question 2

Will the mist wet my guests, furniture, or food?

Accepted Answer

No. This is the key difference between 100Cooling and conventional spray systems. Our 5-15 micron droplets evaporate completely before reaching any surface. Guests feel only the cooling effect, never moisture. This has been verified in thousands of installations across restaurants, resorts, and event venues.

Question 3

What's the difference between high-pressure and low-pressure misting?

Accepted Answer

Low-pressure systems (7-20 bar) produce 50-100 micron droplets that do not fully evaporate, causing wetness. High-pressure systems (70-150 bar) produce 5-15 micron droplets that flash-evaporate completely. The cooling efficiency difference is approximately 3-5x. 100Cooling exclusively uses high-pressure technology.

Question 4

How does the mosquito repellent system work?

Accepted Answer

Our peristaltic dosing pump injects measured amounts of botanical or synthetic repellent into the misting line. The same 150-bar pressure atomizes the repellent into the fine mist, creating a 6-meter high protective barrier. Scheduling is fully automated via the MG-IOT HUB. The system can operate in cooling-only or cooling+repellent modes.

Question 5

Are the repellent chemicals safe for food service areas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer EPA-registered botanical repellent concentrates (pyrethrin-based) that are food-safe when used as directed. Our FDA Food-Grade certification covers all materials in contact with the mist water. The system includes backflow prevention and double containment for chemical safety.

Question 6

What is the maximum coverage area for one system?

Accepted Answer

Our MG-PRO 1500 pump station supports up to 200 nozzles, covering approximately 5,000 m². The MG-INDUSTRIAL system with dual redundant pumps covers up to 10,000 m². For larger areas, we design multi-zone configurations with synchronized controllers.

Question 7

What maintenance is required?

Accepted Answer

Minimal. Recommended: nozzle inspection every 6 months, filter cartridge replacement annually, pump oil change every 2,000 operating hours. The MG-IOT HUB monitors system health and sends proactive maintenance alerts. Most installations run 12-18 months between service visits.

Question 8

What is the typical ROI timeline?

Accepted Answer

Most commercial clients recover their investment in 8-18 months through: increased outdoor seating revenue (restaurants typically see 30-60% increase), reduced HVAC energy costs (90% less than equivalent AC), and extended operating seasons. Our free ROI calculator provides project-specific estimates.

Question 9

Do you provide installation services globally?

Accepted Answer

We have certified installation partners in 25 countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. For regions without a local partner, we provide remote installation supervision and training. All systems come with comprehensive installation documentation.

Question 10

What warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

5-year comprehensive warranty on all pump stations. 3-year warranty on nozzles and controllers. 2-year warranty on accessories. Warranty includes parts and remote technical support. On-site service available through our partner network.

Question 11

Can the system operate 24/7 continuously?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The MG-PRO 1500 is rated for continuous 24/7 operation at full rated pressure. The VFD motor includes thermal protection and the pump head is designed for industrial duty cycles. Our systems commonly run 18-22 hours/day in resort and factory applications.

Question 12

What water quality is required?

Accepted Answer

Our integrated 5-stage filtration system handles most municipal and well water sources. For water with high mineral content (>300 ppm TDS), we recommend the optional reverse osmosis module to prevent nozzle scaling. The system includes automatic low-water shutdown protection.
